IPG was named one of “The Best Employers for Diversity 2022” by Forbes and Statista for the second year in a row. IPG ranked number 5 out of the 500 total companies on the list.
Over 60,000 U.S. employees were surveyed to evaluate companies through four different criteria. The criteria included direct recommendations, where employees gave their opinion on a series of statements about their organization, indirect recommendations, where participants evaluated other employers, diversity among top executives/board and diversity engagement indicators.
