The second official meeting of the Constellation network of independent agencies was held on Thursday, April 20 at Hilton Barra (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). During this leaders’ gathering, 26 managers from 5 Latin American countries met for a day of conferences and integration activities.

Brazil, due to its creative and touristic infrastructure, was chosen as the venue for this important event where every year managers from some of the most outstanding communications agencies in the region meet. As a common point, one of the key conclusions of this important congregation was that the creative industries must adapt to the new digital reality. Artificial Intelligence was a recurring theme in almost all the conferences, making it clear that the communications industries could take better advantage of these tools.

The event started at 8:30 in the morning and extended into the evening with a managers’ forum and a closing dinner. Attendees were able to enjoy talks on topics such as lead generation and sales, the digital big bang, artificial intelligence in agencies, female leadership, among other relevant topics in the industry.

Among the speakers were Mauricio Gallardo (Cien Voces), Arturo Ortiz (Birth Group) Camila Farías (Constellation Network), Maria Priscila (MAPA 360), Maurico Rodríguez (Festivals Wina, Luum, Saniss), Tatiana Guiloff (MGC), Alejandra López-Toledo (Tolka Estudio), Lucas Daibert (Binder), Pablo Díaz (Oniric), Reini Farías (RC/ Farías) and Carlos Belaunde (Olístico).

EXE (Peru): Mario Méndez and Diana Nemtseva, Birth Group (Mexico): Arturo Ortiz and Jorge Enrique Molina Mauleón, Rc Farías (Colombia): Reini Farías and Diana Casco, Olístico (Peru): Miguel Ormeño and Carlos Belaunde, Xcom (Brazil): Viviana Toletti, MGC (Chile): Tatiana Guiloff, MGC (Colombia): Diego Céspedes, MAPA 360 (Brazil): Maria Priscila, Tolka Estudio (Mexico): Alejandra López-Toledo, Binder (Brazil): Lucas Daibert, Gaucio Binder, Marcos Apostolo, Márcio Galvão, Cláudio Romano, Eloísa Pinheiro Fernanda Maia and Leandro Euzébio, Oniric (Chile): Pablo Díaz and Juan José Díaz, Festivals: Maurico Rodríguez, Constellation Network: Camila Farías.
