Josh Loebner named one of 30 honorees who are advancing disability inclusion, leadership, and representation at all levels.

We’re proud to announce that Josh Loebner, Global Head of Inclusive Design for Wunderman Thompson, has been named as an honoree of the D-30 Disability Impact List for 2023. Josh joins the ranks of other trailblazers across the globe who are advancing disability inclusion, leadership, and representation at all levels.

From more than 270 nominations for 168 leaders across 12 countries, Josh has been named one of the 30 eventual honorees of the list, which recognizes the unique accomplishments of the most impactful members of the disabled community worldwide.

Josh is a shining example of the power of inclusion and how it can be used to create real change. As Global Head of Inclusive Design at Wunderman Thompson, he is working with some of the biggest brands to embed inclusion within every process and create inspiring work. He leads a roster of disabled co-creators for a truly inclusive creative process.

Most recently, the Inclusive Experience Practice worked alongside Wunderman Thompson Peru to provide world-class brand support and brand experience for Augmental’s MouthPad^ – an inspiring inclusive design innovation that opens up a new way for people with disabilities to interact with the world – which won the Innovation Grand Prix at Cannes Lions in 2023.

Josh’s work with Wunderman Thompson’s IExP follows other incredible achievements. He has been published in several journals including The Advertising & Society Quarterly, has judged for the Association of National Advertisers Multicultural Excellence Awards and has spoken to and mentored disabled and marginalized students through the Association’s Advertising Education Foundation. Most recently, he received his doctoral degree from Clemson University, where his research focused on greater disability inclusion within integrated marketing campaigns, and the advertising creative process.
