Today, iProspect, a dentsu company, announces the appointment of Josh Dwiggins to its global leadership team as Global Chief Client Strategy Officer. The appointment comes almost exactly one year since iProspect relaunched as a digital-first end to end media agency.

Dwggins will be bringing his extensive performance experience to this new role, where he will be responsible for iterating and executing the new performance-driven brand-building proposition. He will be working with the wider iProspect leadership and strategy teams to deliver continuous growth, improved efficiency, and a consistent offering across all the markets in which the agency operates in.

Joining this week from Publicis’ Performics, Dwiggins has 22 years’ experience in the industry having also worked at Reprise Media (IPG), JobScience, Financial Visions and CDG where he started his media career in 2000. For over two decades, Dwiggins has focused on helping some of the largest brands including, Microsoft, Google, Twitter and Toyota, buy and engage their most valuable customers in real time, with a focus on performance media: search, programmatic, mobile, social, video and ecommerce.

Dwiggins will be reporting into iProspect Global Client & Brand President, Amanda Morrissey, who said of his appointment; “Having Josh onboard in this role is a huge boost for us at iProspect as we continue to go from strength to strength under the new direction of the agency. His ability to see the full context in which we and our clients operate, and craft innovative solutions will really help accelerate our clients’ plans globally.”

Dwiggins comments on his new position; “iProspect has always been an enticing destination for me, but joining now, as the company cements its combined brand and performance offering, makes it all the sweeter and more satisfying for my own personal growth. I’ve always been someone who likes to try new things, with the vast team and integrated dentsu services around the world, I’ve now got the tools, talent and resources to help build a new industry excellence benchmark for the future.”

As part of the connected and integrated global team for iProspect, Dwiggins will be based in the California Bay Area, USA.
