The Luum Awards is the only festival that exclusively awards creative communications for social or environmental issues.<\/p>\n<p>At the Luum Awards, creative agencies and communications companies can upload up to 4 entries free of entry costs, in a format where only winners pay award fees. It should also be noted that the festival only awards gold medals to the first-place winners in each subcategory, meaning that there are no silvers or bronzes for second or third place finishes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grand Judges confirmed for this edition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3945 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/tomilli.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Luum-Awards.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/>Top-level juries from NGOs and creative agencies have confirmed their participation in this edition. Among those confirmed we find: Genna Ingold, Communications Manager <strong>(Kofi Annan Foundation)<\/strong>; Pravara Sardesai, Marketing Officer <strong>(UNICEF)<\/strong>; Loretta Favarato, Communications Manager <strong>(International Labour Organization (ILO)<\/strong>; Natasha Wooderson,\u00a0 Head of Internal Communications, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, ANJ <strong>(The Kraft Heinz Company)<\/strong>; Charlotte Sector, Multimedia Communications and Advocacy Manager <strong>(UNAIDS)<\/strong>; Alix Pennycuick, Global Executive Creative Director <strong>(Media Monks)<\/strong>; Lauren Haberfield, Executive Creative Director <strong>(Edelman)<\/strong>; Elena Khishchenko, Head of Global Campaigns <strong>(WWF)<\/strong>; Jean-Paul Brunier, Global Client leader <strong>(Publicis Group)<\/strong>; Jerome Ooi, Executive Creative Director <strong>(TBWAHong Kong)<\/strong>; Renata Leao, Executive Creative Director <strong>(David Sao Paulo)<\/strong>; Valerie Madon, Chief Creative Officer Asia <strong>(VML&amp;R)<\/strong> among others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background and new edition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the past edition, many of the most impactful campaigns and the most awarded in 2021 in various competitions, took home gold medals from this festival, which sought to award the year\u2019s best ideas for promoting social and environmental issues. Among the stand-out winners, were <strong>ALMA DDB<\/strong> (USA), <strong>Bruketa &amp;Zinic &amp;Grey<\/strong> (Croatia), <strong>Isobar Dentsu \u2013 Achtung<\/strong> (UK + Kenya), <strong>Edelman<\/strong> (UK), <strong>El Taier DDB &#8211; Centro<\/strong>, <strong>Havas Health &amp; You<\/strong> (Brazil), <strong>M&amp;C Saatchi<\/strong> (Indonesia), <strong>McCan Health<\/strong> (China), <strong>Mindshare<\/strong> (Spain), <strong>Sajo McCann<\/strong> (USA), <strong>TAXI VML&amp;R<\/strong> (Canada), <strong>GettingBetter<\/strong> (Spain), <strong>Cossette<\/strong> (Canada), <strong>VML&amp;R<\/strong> (Colombia), <strong>M&amp;C Saatchi<\/strong> (United Arab Emirates), among others.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will be able to upload their cases for the festival\u2019s 8 categories and respective subcategories:\u00a0 <em>1. Essence of the Message (Awards the positive essence of the message: brand stories that, in addition to their commercial intent, seek to raise awareness of issues such as empowerment, equity, family, and other human values needed for a more positive society);<\/em> 2. <em>Human Rights; 3. Environment; 4. Communication for public entities and NGOs;<\/em> <em>5. Eco-friendly and social design;6. Causes;<\/em> <em>7. Society; 8.
