It is ensuring that technology delivers a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe real challenge of digital transformation is not adopting more technology, but ensuring that technology has a tangible impact on operations. Many companies still have information scattered across spreadsheets, emails, shared folders and paper documents. Making faster decisions requires reliable, organized and accessible information for the people who need it. Document management and systems integration are no longer competitive advantages; they have become business necessities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third, organizations need to understand that <strong>automation does not mean losing control<\/strong>. There is still a perception that automating processes means giving up oversight. In practice, the opposite is often true.
