Wakii.org launched in Bangkok with presence of the creative community in Asia

On October 30, Mauricio Rodríguez Vargas launched the Wakii initiative in Bangkok, Thailand, in conjunction with the annual Luum Awards celebration. Attendees included creatives, agencies and international organizations that promote social and environmental causes with global impact.

It should be noted that Wakii.org is an international initiative that seeks to connect NGOs with creativity and marketing agencies and professionals, to strengthen their communication strategies, provide visibility for their work, and amplify the power of purpose-driven work.

Various organizations and companies interested in joining the collaboration network join for this gathering, including:
Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, RGE, Design Bridge and Partners, Shoryuken Production, Central Food Retail, be positive 24 Innovation Design, Greenpeace Thailand, Kenan Foundation Asia, World Vision Foundation, Workkit, Somboon Legacy Foundation and Paper Ranger.

Opportunities were created, thanks to this gathering, for new alliances and volunteer opportunities, reaffirming Wakii.org’s purpose of uniting creative talent with social commitment.
