Luum: The creative festival that dared to present its judges like no other

Geneva, Switzerland – Bangkok, Thailand, June 2025 — In its fifth edition, the Luum Awards, the international festival that awards purpose-driven creative communications, is launching an exciting campaign to present the members of its judges panel from a different perspective.

Luum has invited its judges to share a photo of them  in their most creative stage: childhood. This photo is accompanied by the slogan “As kids, we wanted to be superheroes… now as creatives, we can actually help save the world!” This initiative seeks to humanize the industry, and serves as a reminder that the desire to transform the world is often born in childhood. Today, those same children are creative leaders, strategists, communicators and publicists, who, through their ideas, are generating social, environmental, and cultural impact.

True to its transformative vision for the advertising industry, the Luum Awards reaffirms its purpose by demonstrating that creativity is a powerful tool for change.

With this initiative, the festival not only celebrates the trajectory of its judges, but also the essence of those who make up this global community, their commitment to causes and action.

Among the important judges from this edition that have joined the initiative, are: Chanatthapol Tiensri (ECD, TBWA – Thailand), Cristina Roa Concha (ECD, VML – Colombia), Jasmine Papillon Smith (ACD, Tank – Canada), Marco Cremona (CCO, Ogilvy – Hong Kong), Gabriel Sotero (ECD, VML – Brazil), Teresa Makori (Creative Director, Ogilvy – Kenya), Ben Schwartz (Vice President – Client Services, BPG Group – UAE), Sirikorn Rungrueangdechaphat (ACD, Grey – Thailand), James Child (Senior Creative Copywriter, Saatchi & Saatchi EMEA – UK), Janka Csapó (Digital Marketing Manager, Lego – Hungry and Greece), Torsten Pollmann (ECD, Havas Germany – Germany), just to name a few.
