TopFICE reveals list of the world’s most prominent agencies, campaigns and markets for 2025

TopFICE 2025, the international ranking that analyzes creative performances at the world’s top festivals, highlights the top global agencies of the year, including: the Independent Agency of the Year, the Global Campaign of the Year, and national winners from more than 40 countries and global markets.

The study, which considered 11,118 awards delivered at 72 awards platforms between October 16, 2024 and October 15, 2025, consolidates a comprehensive view of the industry’s creative performances on a global scale, incorporating markets in Asia and Africa into the analysis for the first time.

In addition to the global rankings, TopFICE highlights the most awarded communication agencies and companies in each country, including specialized categories. This report has established itself as a benchmark for marketers, advertisers and industry professionals seeking to understand trends and regional strengths, and to identify the most influential actors in global creativity.

GLOBAL CREATIVE POWER: ANALYSIS AND TRENDS OF THE TOPFICE RANKING 2025

The year 2025 marks a milestone in the history of the ranking: TopFICE has officially expanded its coverage to Asia and Africa, incorporating agencies from markets such as Japan, China, Indonesia, Korea, and India, as well as Thailand, Senegal and the United Arab Emirates.

This global expansion is part of a commitment by Podium Data, the company behind TopFICE, to promote competition and elevate creative quality at a time of profound industry transformation.

The United States stood out once again as the world’s leading creative power, with agencies from the country receiving more than 1,632 awards (14.67%), followed by Spain with 1,118 awards (10%). Brazil, the United Kingdom and Germany also made the top five, forming a block of consistent global competitiveness.

The global ranking, independent of the winners’ map, presents key conclusions:

  • FCB New York leads the world’s Top 10 after an extraordinary season, with 19 Grand Prix titles and a total of 13,183 points.
  • Germany and France continue to have outstanding performances, with Serviceplan Germany and Publicis Conseil in the Top 5.
  • Two specialized health agencies appear in the Top 10: Klick Health (the only independent agency to make the global Top 10) and Area 23.
  • FCB has two offices make Top 10: New York and Chicago.
  • Latin America makes its presence known with Africa Creative (Brazil) and VML Mexico.
  • Publicis Groupe stands out with LePub Milan, recognized as its leading high-performing agency in Europe.

Klick Health not only leads the independent industry, it also ranks among the world’s Top 10 agencies – proving that independent agencies can compete on the global level.

This listing highlights two relevant phenomena: Canadian leadership within independent creativity and Saudi Arabia’s unexpected emergence onto the industry map with BigTime Creative Shop.

The World’s Three Most Awarded Campaigns

In addition to rankings by types of agencies and countries, TopFICE also highlighted the Year’s Top Campaigns. First place went to FCB New York’s “Spreadbeats” for Spotify, an innovative B2B piece that transformed traditional media planning spreadsheets into an interactive music video, programmed directly within the spreadsheets themselves.

The campaign won 107 awards at the festivals analyzed by TopFICE; among them a Gold at Cannes Lions, a Black Pencil at D&AD, five Grand Prix at The One Show, and four Grand Prix at the Clio Awards.

Serviceplan Germany’s campaign “Price Packs” for retailer PENNY came in second place. This campaign proposed turning packaging itself into a price manifest, placing value at the center of the design and committing the brand to price stability. The campaign was widely recognized at festivals such as The One Show, D&AD and Eurobest.

In third place, was the “Lap of Legends,” by FCB New York for Michelob ULTRA (AB InBev), an experience that pitted a real Formula 1 driver on a circuit powered by artificial intelligence and augmented reality. The initiative redefined sports entertainment and achieved an outstanding response from international rankings and festivals.
