Lukas Lund, co-founder of Worth Your While (WYW), an independent creative agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark, will join the first-ever Tomilli Summit jury.
Lund’s participation will bring a one-of-a-kind perspective on how creativity can help brands address problems, question conventions, and develop new ways to communicate those ideas.
His agency focuses on creating work that generates conversations. Innovation can arise from approaching well-known problems from unexpected angles. One great example of this is the campaign “Name the Bias,” developed for People Like Us, which addressed the prejudices associated with names in the workplace. The campaign won a Grand Prix at the TRUE Awards in 2025, a recognition that recognizes how the agency connects a real social problem with a creative proposal.
In 2025, Worth Your While was also included on The Drum’s Indie Agency 100 selection, which highlights independent agencies from different markets.
Lukas Lund, is behind these powerful campaigns. Lund previously worked with Ogilvy New York and Uncle Grey, in Copenhagen, before co-founding WYW. His career combines the knowledge of large advertising structures, with first-hand insight into what it takes to build an independent agency.
Lund will bring this experience to the Tomilli Summit’s inaugural edition, evaluating initiatives that seek to transform ideas into relevant solutions. His participation will bring insight into the relationship between strategy, originality and execution, as well as on the ability of communication campaigns to generate a real world impact.
Ideas that become solutions
Tomilli’s international jury will evaluate proposals based on four main criteria: impact and relevance, innovation, scalability and evidence of results.
These criteria will allow the judges to analyze what each initiative contributes, how it responds to a specific problem, what possibilities it has to grow, and the results supporting its development until the present moment. Worth Your While and Lund will help examine the role of creativity in that process.
The Tomilli Summit recognizes initiatives in marketing, advertising, design, fashion, business, health, wellness and innovation for a better world. Its judges will come from all over the world and from different industries and markets.
Companies, startups, organizations and professionals have until October 7, 2026 to submit their projects for consideration.
