Kylie Jenner is looking beyond beauty, and this time, she wants the season’s next object of desire to be worn on your feet. KHY has teamed up with Italian footwear brand Gia Borghini to enter the shoe category for the first time.
Since launching in 2023, KHY has built its identity around contrast: masculine and feminine codes, minimalist and dramatic pieces, and a mix of sophistication and everyday wearability. Now, that visual language is extending into footwear.
“I’ve always loved shoes; they’re the essential finishing touch to any outfit,” Jenner told Footwear News. For the founder, bringing KHY into footwear was a natural evolution for the brand. The collaboration with Gia Borghini translates that universe into a relaxed, summer-ready collection with references to the 1990s.
The debut collection features three silhouettes: The Studio Thong, The Muse Thong and The Icon Sandal. The lineup ranges from an everyday sandal to an architectural wedge and a strappy heeled design with buckles and a bolder aesthetic.
For the campaign, Jenner appears nearly nude, wearing only the new footwear. The composition deliberately strips away anything that might compete with the product: here, the shoes take center stage.
The visual decision also captures KHY’s strategy as it enters the category. This is not simply about adding shoes to its product lineup, but about turning footwear into a new extension of the brand’s identity.

The collaboration brings together two distinct strengths: Gia Borghini contributes its footwear expertise and Italian craftsmanship, while Jenner leverages her own image and reach as a powerful platform for visibility.
For KHY, the collection represents more than a seasonal launch. It marks the brand’s entry into a new category — and serves as a test of just how far the universe it has been building since 2023 can extend.
