NNOCEAN India has newly recruited digital transformation expert Santosh Kumar as its chief operating officer (COO). With more than 18 years of experience in creative and data technology, Santosh Kumar was recruited as the new COO to solidify his position as India’s leading digital integrated marketing agency. In the past, he led the digital transformation of HT Media, a major Indian media company, and played an important role in establishing the digital division of a global media company, Zenith Optimedia. He also established startups such as India’s online marketing agency “Mangodata” and digital social media agency “Webitude” to collaborate with more than 100 brands in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including Pepsi, HP, Nestle and Indigo Airlines. Until recently, he had run his own Singapore-based consulting firm and focused on building digital functions and professional organizations to predict current and future demand in Southeast Asian and Indian markets. Based on these experience, he will demonstrate innovative leadership in planning the digital growth strategy of INNOCEAN India and effectively managing large-scale businesses.
