Havas Media Network announced the appointment of Louise Simkin as its new Canadian President for the agency to continue its transformative investment in client-centric leadership and development across the Canadian marketplace. Simkin will report to North America CEO Greg James and will split time between Vancouver and Toronto.
Simkin most recently served as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer for Noise Digital, the award-winning performance marketing, technology and analytics agency which was acquired by Havas Media Network in spring of 2023. In her role at Noise Digital, Simkin led the data consulting, strategy, and media planning practices, as well as steered the agency’s business development.

With 18+ years of marketing experience, Simkin brings a diverse skill set in marketing data, CRM, predictive analytics and communications planning. She has led data strategies for brands such as Air New Zealand, Westpac, Whirlpool, Destination British Columbia, the Jim Pattison Group, and Vodafone.
