Former Chief Transformation Officer replaces Josh Krichefski who recently moved to GroupM as CEO EMEA and UK.
Frances Ralston-Good has been appointed Global Chief Operating Officer at EssenceMediacom, effective immediately, replacing Josh Krichefski who has recently joined GroupM as EMEA and UK CEO.
The appointment reaffirms her importance to the network, having joined MediaCom as Global Account Lead for P&G in 2019. She was promoted to Global Client President before becoming Chief Transformation Officer as part of the combined leadership team announced in April last year.
As COO, she will expand on her responsibilities as CTO and will now be responsible for ensuring the agency delivers global operational excellence. Additionally, she will continue to offer senior leadership across EssenceMediacom’s worldwide client base.
Frances will also work with leadership teams globally, regionally and across key markets to deliver on priority areas to make EssenceMediacom the most effective media network in the world.
“Frances has been a vital part of the combined leadership team that has built our offer and positioning as EssenceMediacom over the last few months. She brings huge knowledge to the role, including a deep understanding of client needs having worked with many of our crucial advertiser partners in the last few years,” said Nick Lawson, Global CEO of EssenceMediacom.
“I am hugely excited to be taking on this role and ensuring that our operations in every market deliver on our breakthrough promise. We believe that our teams can make a real difference for our clients, helping them seamlessly manage the right balance between performance and brand within one pioneering agency network,” said Frances Ralston-Good.
Prior to joining MediaCom, Ralston-Good held leadership roles at Hearts & Sciences, Omnicom Media Group and PHD.
Frances will continue to serve as the senior media strategy lead for WPP OpenX, the bespoke agency team created for The Coca-Cola Company.
