Miami, USA — WINA, the World Independent Advertising Awards (WINA), the global festival for independent creativity, officially announced the launch of its eleventh edition and the opening of registration for 2026.
WINA also confirmed that the beautiful city of Miami will once again be the host city for the jury gathering, where the best submissions to the festival’s 11 edition will be determined. A networking dinner for winners, brands, judges and members of the new initiative 110 Independent Agencies to Watch, will also be held in Miami.
“110 Independent Creative Agencies to Watch” Initiative Launched
The WINA Festival was launched over a decade ago, to provide visibility for, and strengthen, independent creative agencies around the world. Now, consistent with this goal, WINA is launching the initiative “110 Independent Creative Agencies to Watch”: a global community that will bring together the 110 most prominent independent agencies, from the WINA, Luum and Saniss Awards festivals.
This platform serves a double purpose:
- It serves as a curated directory of excellence, making it easy for brands and advertisers to identify the best independent agencies.
- It builds an active community, designed to generate partnerships, exchange ideas, explore international representations and create real relationships between professionals, friends and creative partners from around the world.
The WINA organization also announced some important changes that will begin as of this edition. For example, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) box will be included on the platform for participants to specify whether AI was used in their entry. In addition, as of this year, agencies can submit up to 3 entries free of registration fees (previously, participants could submit up to 5 courtesy submissions). Of course, participants who want more opportunities to win, will be able to buy additional entries.
Over the past decade, WINA has established itself as the global festival for independent creativity, celebrating winners in cities like Ibiza, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai, Barcelona, Bogotá, Buenos Aires and Santiago.
